Who may request a refund
Only the original purchaser or an authorized representative of the purchasing organization may initiate a return. We may ask for proof of purchase and identity to prevent fraud.
Gifts may be returned by the recipient if the order can be verified and the return meets the same condition rules below.
Time windows
If local law grants a statutory withdrawal period for distance contracts, we honor that period from the day you receive the goods. Where no mandatory period applies, you may request a return within thirty calendar days of delivery for products that remain unopened and in salable condition.
Shipping delays do not extend the withdrawal period except where law explicitly says otherwise. The delivery date recorded by the carrier is our primary reference.
Condition requirements
Unopened items must show intact seals and no cosmetic damage beyond normal transit wear. Opened dietary supplements may be eligible only when there is a documented quality issue, incorrect item shipped, or damage during delivery. We may ask for batch numbers, photographs, and a short description of the concern.
Items that show evidence of misuse, improper storage contrary to label directions, or tampering are not eligible for refund.
How to start a return
Email talk@quexylanquebl.world with subject line “Return request,” your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting images. We reply with a return authorization and instructions, including the return address and any required reference code.
Do not send products to our street address without authorization; unauthorized packages may experience processing delays.
Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to our error, damage in transit, or a defective product we confirm, you are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend tracked shipping and retaining proof of delivery until your refund is complete.
If we provide a prepaid label in eligible cases, use only the label we supply so the carrier can associate the package with your case file.
Refund processing
After we receive and inspect the return, we process approved refunds to the original payment method within ten business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post credits to your account.
Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable except where the mistake was ours or a promotion explicitly included free returns. Taxes refunded follow the same rules as the product price according to applicable law.
Exclusions and partial refunds
Promotional bundles may need to be returned as a complete set to receive full credit. If only part of a bundle qualifies, we may issue a partial refund proportional to the items accepted.
Digital goods or services, if offered in the future, will have separate refund rules stated at purchase.
European Union and United Kingdom
Consumers in the EU or UK may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws, including standardized withdrawal forms where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Escalations
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a return decision, reply to our last message with new information or ask for a supervisor review. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and document outcomes in writing.
